OMG WE'RE MARRIED!!!

Thanks to all of our fabulous friends and family, we had the most amazing wedding yesterday.  Michelle and I cannot express how grateful we are to everyone who participated.  We love you all!

Our photographer, Oona Copperhill, has informed us that it may take up to two months to post-process the thousands of photographs that she and her "second shooter" took.  However, she did provide a couple of previews.  We know that the wait will be well worth it.

In the interim, we would appreciate it if those of you who took your own photographs could upload them to our web gallery, http://gallery.me.com/rmchambers#100060.  You can upload them on the site, or just email your photos to rmchambers-835s@post.me.com.

For those of you who participated in the photo booth, we're including the photo strips in the gallery.  The raw photos will be available shortly.

Please check back often for updates.  Thanks again for such an amazing weekend!

Love,

One week away...

Wow. Seven days from now, we'll be Mr. and Mrs. We are in utter disbelief. All the details are coming together, and we could not be more excited for next weekend's celebrations. A number of questions have arisen. For instance...

Q: What the bleep is "Summer Formal"?!
A: Yeah, we thought that one might stump you. It's entirely possible we made it up. Basically, it's an evening wedding and we're pretty swank, so you should dress up. But it's summer, and there's a casual air about summer, so it's not exactly black tie. For the ladies: less than an evening gown, more than a sun dress. For the gents: no tux rental necessary, but coats and ties are appropriate. For both: extra points for vintage attire ;-)

Q: What do I do with this awesome present I'm toting all the way to Tacoma?
A: We are super excited about our reception venue, Tacoma Union Station, but it turns out that in addition to being historic and beautiful, it's also a Federal courthouse. That means no wrapped packages of any kind will be allowed on the premises (you should see what happens at DEFCON-4...). Thusly, any and all packages will need to be left at Kilworth Chapel.

We are confident that several more "FAQ's" will present themselves in the next few days as you all make your final preparations for what we're sure will be the party of our lives, and we will continue to update this post accordingly. In the meantime, we are extremely grateful that so many of you are traveling across the miles to share in this momentous occasion, and we are so very excited to celebrate with you all. See you in a week!! Until then...

Love to All,
